Usage |
Muscle Support and Modulation
Supporting Fatigued Muscles: Assists weakened or tired muscles, helping them maintain proper function and delaying the onset of fatigue.
Relaxing Overused Muscles: Inhibits hypertonic (overly tense) muscles, helping to relieve spasms, tightness, and stiffness.
Joint Support and Functional Improvement
Provides proprioceptive input and dynamic support to joints (e.g., shoulder, knee, ankle). This enhances joint stability and corrects abnormal biomechanics without restricting the normal range of motion.
Postural Correction
Uses sensory feedback and mechanical guidance to remind and assist the body in maintaining proper postural alignment, such as correcting rounded shoulders, forward head posture, or pelvic tilt.
Athletic Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention
Athletes often use it to optimize muscle function and enhance proprioception, thereby improving performance. Taping before activity can also support specific muscles and joints, helping to prevent injuries.

Instructions for use
|
Skin Preparation
Ensure the skin area is clean, dry, and free of oils or lotions.
If there is excessive hair, shaving the area is recommended to enhance adhesion and prevent discomfort upon removal.
Avoid applying over open wounds, rashes, or sunburned skin.
Cutting the Tape
Cut the tape into a suitable shape (e.g., "I" strip, "Y" strip, "X" strip, fan/lymphatic cut) based on the target area and purpose.
Rounding all corners with scissors helps prevent the edges from peeling and extends wear time.
Base and Anchors
The first and last 2-5 cm of the tape are called "anchors" and are applied without stretch.
Start by applying one anchor to the skin with zero tension.
Applying Tension and Tape
Apply the desired amount of stretch (ranging from 0% to 75%) to the main body of the tape as you lay it down onto the skin.
Crucial: The final anchors at both ends are always applied with zero stretch to ensure comfort and secure fixation.

Contraindicated Areas & Conditions
Do not apply over open wounds, infections, inflamed skin, rashes, sunburns, or severe eczema.
Contraindicated if deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is suspected, as the tape may affect circulation.
Avoid use over malignant tumors and near organ transplant areas.
Do not use if you have a known allergy to acrylic-based adhesives.
