CMC Gelling Fiber Dressing

Material

CMC dressings are non-woven fabric-based medical dressings made from sodium carboxymethyl cellulose fibers. They fall under the category of interactive wound dressings or fibrous hydrocolloid dressings. When in contact with wound exudate, they can absorb the liquid and form a soft gel, providing an ideal moist environment for wound healing.

Features

①Outstanding fluid management: High absorption capacity, capable of absorbing several times its own weight of fluid, and preventing fluid accumulation and leakage through gelation.
②Provide a moist healing environment: This meets the gold standard of modern wound care and significantly accelerates healing.
③Replacement without pain: The entire gel-like substance ensures no adhesion to the wound surface and protects the newly formed tissues.
④Easy to use: The material is soft and easy to fit onto various parts of the body.
⑤Barrier function: The outer protective film can effectively prevent external water and bacteria from penetrating.
